About Me

My Journey

Being a woman in a world full of expectations — to succeed, look a certain way, juggle relationships, and make it all look effortless — can feel overwhelming. It’s easy to compare yourself and be your own harshest critic.

I’ve seen this in myself and so many women around me, which inspired me to support people struggling with low self-esteem and that loud inner critic. Using CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy, I help people break free from negative thinking loops and learn to live with less anxiety and more self-acceptance — tools that have also helped me in my own life.

If you’re constantly criticising yourself, afraid to take risks, or stuck in negative cycles — you are not broken. You just need the right tools, and that’s what I’m here to help you with.

Professional Background

I’m Eszter, a London based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I am fully accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I work in the NHS part time offering talking therapies, in addition to running my private practise.

All my sessions are trauma informed. I will always consider your life experiences and things that have felt traumatic to you before deciding what approach we take.
